Excellent base for a holiday, close to SBhan, Underground and busservices. Big choice of local restaurants for eating out. Staff veryhelpful and spoke good English. value of accomodations. The hotel staff was very friendly, the cleanliness of the room was also a major pro. The proximity of hotel to an underground station and its wonderful spot near a beautiful district of west Berlin.

This hotel is in a good location, quite close to the Ku Damm (2mins walk). The food and service in the restaurant was very good and the food was reasonably priced. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and helped us to organise airport transfer for our return journey. Free internet access was available in the hotel lobby, very useful. I would certainly recommend this hotel. No all the staff spoke english, the minibar did not cool.the breakfast was priced too high and i did not use it. expensive breakfast and not included in room price. stated that there was wireless access, but there wasnt and it seemed there there hadnt been for a while. Breakfast is not worth the 12 EURO.The curtains need washing. The plumbing needs improvement. it was very hot in the room and no ventilation at all. Overpriced breakfast, very small beds........ They dont have air condition, and they dont give any breakfest if youdont pay for it.did not have internet access in the hotel room.
