Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! Lovely spacious and quiet room with a very large bed of very good quality.Located in a good neighborhood with lots of eating and drinking establishments, supermarket just across the street.

How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!. This was really a great hotel! Top service, very good food, central hotel.Vi had a 3 bedded rooms and there was a large and delicate room. Would recommend this hotel highly enough and I will definitely use this hotel again!! Good location, big and modern rooms. Everything was very good. I had emailed the hotel in advance to ask for a good wifi reception. The first day I had no problems at all, the second and third day though I had to repeatedly re-create connection and login over and over again. Very annoying ! Some programs were even not working (iPhone/iPad). Despite the spacious and practical room I thought it lacked some personality and 'warmth'. The room isn't very 'cozy' in my personal opinion. The bar closed at 11.30 for residents, but that is not a really bad thing . - small bathrooms. Breakfast was an additional charge and too expensive, in my opinion (around €15). The location. No tea making facilities in the room. Slight delay on arrival we were told there was no room available but this was quickly sorted out. Breakfast is too expensive. Bathroom is small. Internet is slow and you have to keep re-entering the access codes. The family room was advertised as two single beds and one large double bed. What we got was a large double bed and a two seater couch that turned into a double bed. The Spa and sauna area are more like a joke. The thing that looks like a pool in the pictures is actually only a jacuzzi. We had a triple room and even if it was big and nice, the additional bed for the third person was really uncomfortable. On one or two nights the WiFi was a bit slow. expensive breakfast. Breakfast expe wove so didn't eat there. No complaints. Nothing. the bed was too hard for our taste. a bit noisy street, but it is a big city:). There were some groups in the hall with a lot of noise for 2 days and that was not nice. The hotel is for the people who booked the hotel and not for big other groups who have presentations there. Please do that in a separate room. I like to visit the hotel every 2 months from now only if there are no groups. The only thing we did not like was that we requested the option to have 2 single beds instead of a sofa bed in the family room we booked. This option was advertised and confirmed by hotel staff. When we arrived we understood that such option simply does not exist. No facilities fot tea/coffee in the room Price is too high for this hotel.
