Friendly staff, very helpfull. The hotel was right next to the U-bahn. I will book this again in the future.Staff were extremely helpful and great facilities for a Business Hotel. I could reserve the executive floor which was much comfortable.The services and facilities, Sauna and restaurant. The hotel was so clean, staff are friendly too.
all reviews » A good location to Berlin's Olympic stadium for the recent Germany/England match. Would certainly stay at the hotel in future. Efficient Staff, secure,. As someone who's German is not very good seeing staff with Union Jack badges to show that they spoke English was a great idea. I still tried my bad German, but they were very polite. Speed of service was excellent and I'd not hessitate in using it again. the spa facilities. All of berlin. Complimentary essentials for when you've forgotten (such as toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo...etc).Worst - would never recommend anyone to stay at this property. shuttle bus, metro. The ease of access to the city transport systems. Nice comfortable. I was at your hotel only one night - very short time to answer. Sauna and pool could be nice, but I had no time to use them. Nice hotet, but from a holiday Inn I would expect more. Room are a little old.Good access to Tegel airport with shuttle provided. Swimming pool and fitness facilities included in price. Good value for money - location a few miles outside the centre of Berlin but only 15 mins on the U-Bahn to get to the centre.just ok. It was closed to the Exhibition. Expensive food and drinks.. but what can you expect?. Remoteness from city center, No gift shop. the price of breakfast. beds were too soft. I didn't realise the distance the hotel was from the city center.The reception - bad speaking skills (English). Average hotel. Caters more to business clients and not holiday makers. Too far from Berlin central to be considered for tourists.Rooms were a little bland (although am told this is normal for Germany), no tea/coffee making facilities (again told this is normal unless specifically advertised as such ) and no information in the rooms about the hotel, area or Berlin itself. Had to go to the main reception area for this. The naked sauna/steam room was all a bit embarassing and not very British at all!. Not very much you can do. No Massage Service which very important after long hard orking days, Nothing to do in the evening. the staff is not at all co-operative....they are not at all gentel with the cleints of the hotel ,,,if i pay money to stay ,i schould not get any insult ,infact they schould be kind enough to solve the prolems ofcustomers not dominating them,,i will never stay in my life again to this useless hotel......holiday inn berlin west ,,,,,,i never had such a bad experince in any chain of hotels.
