The staff is really friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, cleanand well arranged, the bathroom was very spacious too and variousshampoo and shower gels were offered. The room service was very nice andthe food really delicious. The location was perfect for making an early morning flight out of Tegel airport. Can easily drop off luggage at the hotel, fill up rental car with gas, return the car to the airport and then walk back to the hotel.

Although the breakfast is later, croissants and coffee were provided. This is a great hotel if you have an early morning flight out of Tegel, otherwise it is too isolated from the metro system and from city amenities to stay for any other reasons.It is a really good hotel, verynice staff and really close to the airport. The room is very confortable and there is free shuffle to the airport. Hotel staff spoke english and were very polite. Room was comfortable andclean. It should be exactly clear that it is either part of the room cost or an extra charge. breakfast should haver been included. i have stayed in cheaper hotels and recieved breakfast. also the shuttle was nice to have but did not like that it dropped us off at the begging of the airport. it woiuld have been nice if he would have made a few stops. also the van is too small. should be a little bigger . hotel is better for business travelers ,it is far from the city.The shuttle service ends at some time (23:00 or 0:00, don't remember exactly). After that the fastest way is to walk because taxis doesn't want to go there - it is some kind of revenge for bringing in the shuttle service. The hotel could manage relationship with taxi community a little better because we had to stand there in minus 5 degrees for about 50 minutes. Restaurant was expensive.In Tegel airport, it was so difficult for me to find the shuttle bus to this hotel. I asked precisly two times if breakfeast is included, staff said -yes; but in the end i had to pay for it -and for each person 15 Euros, that is too much and they should warn their guests. The shoutle bus should also go to Terminal C. Would have a been pleasant to have a coffee maker in the room or the room to have included a continental breakfast.i had to call twice in order to get the shuttle bus and had to wait 43 minutes to get it. the hotel is only 4 minutes away from the airport. One other thing, the room rate was 49 €/night no breakfast included but the next morning we asked for breakfast before getting our flight and we have been charged 15.00 € each !!! I had 1 coffee and 1 croissant and my friend had 1 tea and 1 toast. expensive !. colors of walls. The earliest hotel van departure was at 0500. An earlier van schedule would have been helpful, maybe 0430 or 0445. De gustibus non est disputandum. somewhat difficult to find. Long bus and U-Bahn connections to downtown.
