  The staff working in this hotel is above excellent. Travelling with a 6 months old can be challenging but all our requests were looked after with the greatest care. Contrary to what you would expect in the mountain resort, the food was great. Obviously France is the cheese country, so dairy was quite present but again, when I indicated that I am l... what people say » actose intolerant, all the food was taken care of and I had no worries. I would recommend this hotel for families, I think I saw that this was their s - Friendly but professional staff. Great choice of food at breakfast time, even though there were only a handful of people in the hotel due to it being the start of the ski season. Let me keep the room until I left in the afternoon after a morning on the slopes. Small but clean and functional rooms with great views.

  Quiet location - elsewhere in Val thorens is horrendously noisy at night. Sauna, hammam and massage were all super. Lovely flat with lots of space and 2 bathrooms convenient covered parking immediately outside. access to boot room and then direct onto piste was just along the corridor bread and croissants delivered upon request skis/boots etc deli... what people say » vered to and removed from our locker - what luxury! - Location Quality of accomodation Very helpful staff

  We were given one with wonderful views over the resort. Mme. Marie and her assistant ,Andre ,did make meaningful amends such as not charge us for the failure of so several vital facilities . That somewhat mitigated our frustrations. Yes we will return as the managers Marie and Andre seem fair to us. So we will give them 7/1 It was not disclosed ... what people say » to us that this hotel -cum-residence were still working on the finishing touches .
