Important information to guests

Reception opening hours in the summer: - Saturday: 08:00 to 22:00 - Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Reception is open all day in the winter. The reception opening hours may change. Please contact the property before arrival. Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay. A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. Prices include: all taxes and charges (except local tax), basic WiFi access (for up to 5 devices for browsing, reading emails and researching), TV, bed linen, towels, 1 cleaning kit (to be left in the apartment) and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up). For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an additional cost. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 stroller, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are equipped with 2 or 4 electric hobs, a vacuum cleaner and a phone (at an additional cost). Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Accommodation, bed and bathroom linen, one pillowcase per person, 2 dishcloths per apartment, cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and dishes) are included in the room rate.
