The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially how the receptionist actually came out of the hotel to our taxi to greet us and to help us in with our luggage, and the help she gave us with our luggage up to our room and down the next day. We felt we were treated like people and not just as customers - and the hotel felt genuine and not impersonal, as well as being a pleasant place to stay.

Highly recommend and intend to stay again when heading off on the TGV South.We have stayed here several times and always return, The location is excellent; close to many things, elevator, free internet use and has the Air France airport bus, which anyone can use, arriving and leaving from across the street. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly as were the bar staff. It's convenience to the Metro and bus routes was another plus and although we had a room at the front of the hotel it was very quiet.A very good hotel with a Paris flavor. Nice personnel. We found the Hotel TL to be just perfect for our needs. The girl at reception was wonderful.We had a very late arrival at the Hotel, the staff however were very understanding, made no problem with checking in. Just Great after a long journey. Pizzeria and Brasserie right outside, served us food at 12:30am, simply said it was a very smooth say. Breakfast was nice, start serving at 5:30am so perfect if you are leaving early by train as we did. Hotel is very close to Gare de Lyon therefore very easy to go any place in Paris.
