The staff at the hotel were very friendly. I broke my ankle during my stay and the staff were of immense help to me in organising mobility assistance for my flight back home. The location of the hotel next to Métro Dugommier was very convenient and the room tariff was great value for money. The hotel is located in front of subway station, bus stop, supermarket and bakery. Staff was very kind speaking English fluently.all reviews »
The reception desk was wonderful! Especially the lady was so kind and helpful, it makes us feel stay more and come back again. Very calm, in a nice and safe neighborhood.Its central tothe town close to metroline. Beds of good quality. Good breakfast.Although the rooms are double-glazed there was some road noise on the Thursday night, but at the weekend it was nice and quiet at night. The room was not very quiet.space for suitcases was very limited due to small room size. location- far from centre of paris but good location for Bercy stadium.room quite small.and cleaner stole our money as a tip and we were saving it forthe mini bar and had to pay again.The hotel not provide international TV programs such as BBC world or CNN. So, customers who do not understand French like me, TV was useless and I was desperate for the news. So-called "Buffet" breakfast was overpriced with few selections. Did not have in-room internet service. Room was very small, cramped, and awkward.Its not what i bargained for. It has no restaurant. It was said that there is a safebox in the room. But there was no safebox in the room. You can use the safebox in the lobby which is 4 euros per day. I think it is not reasonable, there should be safebox in the room of a three star hotel.The night porter did not treat us very respectfully. One of the roomshad an airco (the other one not) that was completely frozen and keptdripping on the floor, but no action was taken.
