the hotel is clean, newly renovated, cosy. nicely done with minimalist decoration. hotel accessible to 2 metro stations. with shops and supermarkets nearby. Rooms are clean and confortable.Great location, nice looking room, large for Paris. Only thing - they didn't replenish our coffee and tea on the 2nd day - a really small thing - othewrwise they were brilliant. The wonderful scent maintained in the lobby. The facility in the room to make our own coffee and tea. Good climate control in room. Very clean.

Not a great location of Paris for tourism, the immediate neighborhood is a bit soul-less... Moreover, I chose this hotel for being at a walking distance of Gare de Lyon, but I almost missed my train the next morning, the boulevard for going to the railway-station was sooo long :-). Nice breakfast room in a wintergarden but to small to deal with the number of rooms, staff is very friendly but had some difficulties to deal with the number of people going for breakfast (getting tables clean again, replenish breakfast buffet etc). Hotel is a bit noisy inside, doors closing are making a lot of noise, water was running in the tubes all night. Beds are a bit short for tall people.We had no water the first day until very late in the evening and then when it did come back it was cold no hot water until the next night!!!!. to increase a space to hang clothes. it would be great to have porclean cups for tea, not plastic.Big problems with internet wireless connection! The strength of the open WiFi signal is very good but the network seems to be configured in some strange way that despite giving the correct password on the hotel website the internet simply did not work on the first day. A couple of days after there was a big failure of the router which last a couple of days. The table in the room is very very littl. The receptionist did not speak English or Spanish.Breakfast is very expensive (12 euros) and very poor assortimant and quality of food. the rooms.
