Great hotel in a lively and interesting part of Paris. Cafes, Creperies and other nightlife surround the hotel. It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro.
Our room was small but comfortable. The large, clean bathroom was lovely as was having a separate toilet for once! Double Glazed windows kept the street noise out and nice heavy drapes allowed us to block out the morning sun.

exellent location in the heart of Montparnasse, in a lively neighborhood with iconic Parisian streetscapes. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Montparnasse station, one metro line stops right at the corner and many more within a block's distance. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air. For the business traveller there is a small but functional desk to work on. A.
The hotel represents a great option for those who are thinking about having a good sleep in a hotel while spending the whole days in the city. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is great as well. The metro stations are located closely to the hotel and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the places of sightseeings. Next time I'm in Paris I'm definitely staying here again.

Nice hotel in the heart of Montparnasse - ideal location for exploring the city with metro stops just two steps away. Nice rooms of a decent size for Paris, clean, well furbished and functional. Good bathroom. Very good value for money.
This is a perfect place to stay when needing to be close to the train station. There are LOTS of restaurants on the same street and it is just a 5-10 minutes walk from the station. VERY nice desk staff!.
Small perfect Paris hotel just near Montparnasse train station. Good clean room (with even a balcony facng the street + table/chairs), very quiet. Helpful staff. Highly recommended.
nice hotel in nice location, next to metro, great restaurants around, close to all attractions with in just a few minutes by metro. on saturdays - fantastic farmers market :).
My roomhad a nice view, and room was airy, somewhat small but that's typical the high ceiling made up for the compactness of the room. Overall it was a good value.
The staff was really exceptional, my wife became ill while there and they went out of their way to find us a doctor and make sure that we could get to him.

Not many hotels in Paris had a room for a family. I booked it based on
price. It's very basic but did the job for us. A room with a double
and 2 singles. No frills. The location is excellent. V close to a metro
stop. The next door bar and restaurant are good. There are plenty of
creperies, restaurants, bars etc in walking distance.
The location was superb. 5 minutes walk from metro at Montparnasse Bienvenue which has direct line to Cite and Gare du Nord. Overlooking roue Edgar Gouret with cafes and the market on Saturday. A bit quirky!.
The location is all. Many bars, restaurants. I was in the 5th floor and they had a little terrace that you can use to enjoy a wine (in summer better).
i liked the location hotel, and recommend to ask people who are planning to stay at this hotel; ask for a room with balcony.

There was really nothing to complain about.
The lift had a broken button for our floor, which was an extremely minor inconvenience.
There is no breakfast room, but why would you need one with the Odessa café directly below!.
double room, wc without a sink for washing hands - you need to go to the separate bathroom for that. Separate wc and bathroom a definite advantage, though! Rooms on 2nd floor could be a bit noisy for the most sensitive, I however liked the buzz from the cafés. Quiets down after 1am, so you still get a good night's sleep.

complaints, Odessa offers just what is needed for the price.
Hotel does not have many additional facilities - the kind of place you just sleep and are out. If you are travelling for tourism it should not be a problem:-).

We are a little baffled by the rooms, we stayed on two separate occasions, the first room was very nice, but the bath was rather cramped, the second stay was right across the hall and we had a two room bath facility that was exceptional.

The price quoted in Sterling on your web site was converted at the bank buying rate, so the price I paid in euros to the hotel was more than I expected as it will be converted at the bank selling rate by my bank.
The bathroom was small. The shower was a bit difficult to use.
My room was not really clean when I arrived.
the shower is completely open, when you have a shower bathroom floor gets totaly wet. At least they can put a plastic curtain.
Really tiny bath cabin. No safe-box. Wifi on the 5th floor is really weak.
It could be cheaper considering what is offered.
