Very helpful staff, very clean, very convenient in location,very good facilities. central location, reasonable price, friendly staff most of whom spoke English. The hotel is at a very good location, the metro station is only a few steps away. Rooms are quite small compared to U.S. The location of the television was difficult to see (it was small, located near the ceiling, and at a 90 degree angle from the beds). room cleaning service only takes place in morning till 2pm, not easy to cope with customer's schedule. the room offered was recently renovated and strongly smelt of paint. WCand toilet doors extremely dusty! However alternative room until own is clean and free breakfast was offered for the inconvenience. The coffee do not touch the coffee!. bathroom was dirty, no shower curtains, small room. Some rooms still old and not renovated. We stayed in twin room which was nice but below standard for clas of hotel.some thing is too old. Very small room for two people living for 11 days = 10 nights. The closed don't have more than one shelf which means using your suitcase throughout the entire stay.the room was not clean.
