The friendly and helpful staff; it's being within walking distance of nearly all Paris attractions; it's close proximity to the Roissy coach stop from the airport and a Metro station which is within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The excellent continental breakfast included in the price. I particularly liked the friendly staff, who made me feel so welcome. It was also very quiet at night, and the location was perfect.

I felt I was in the heart of Paris, and the location also felt very safe for walking around in at night. There were cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as the beautiful Ritz Hotel. The hotel staff were charming and very helpful. It was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room comfortable with an excellent bathroom. i particularly liked the friendliness of the staff and the location. The location was aboslutely brilliant. And I loved the bathroom!. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff. it was central to all the sites. The great ubicatiion. Situated in the middle of sex shops. The room is sinking!!!! there are huge craks on the walls and the floor is not straight but bowl shaped. Scary!!!!!. it was very old and no investment was made regarding the renovation, no air condition and the rooms were quite narrow. The room was dilapidated, old furniture, old closet and musty carpets. It was located opposite sex shops at the side. Noisy at night due to the city traffic and beside the road so you can hear the cars and motor bikes roar by at night. The lumpiest and flattest pillows I've ever used. The room is very small. The bed is uncomfortable. The walls are dirty. Only few channels on the TV. Impossibile to read in the room becouse of the poor light.Room too small and run down. The floor of the room is not flat, the bathroom door cannot be closed because the bilding is tilted and the walls are not vertical, the wall painting is dirty and cracked, the furniture is very used, the TV set is scrap and the room key is like a locker key from safety stand point. All of these must be improved if we want to talk about a three stars hotel!. The view was horrible - we had a window to the top of the ugly roofs and some yard build of bricks. The rooms need to be renovated. The bathrooms were fairly new but the shower had lots of mold.I did not want to unpack my bag in that room I wanted to get out as fast as I could I felt i was staying in a demented aunties guest room. Towels were really old and threadbare so was blanket. All in all yuk. the safty. The room bed was bad. The room was very small and not at all like the one shown on the internet. The bed was uncomfortable old and pushed against the wall. This made it hard to get in and out of bed.Dirty, old and bad service.
