I was travelling with a group of ten people and a lot of baggage. We were warmly welcomed for Mr Mamoun and your team. The rooms were spacious and confortable. Great choice!. The staff was wonderful, very carefully. They were amasing, all the time.The location of the hotel is perfect! TSafe, clean...a wonderfulboulangerie (bakery) right across the street. Easy access to the Louvre,and St. Germanin de Pres shopping area. Lots and lots of good places toeat, especially La Perigordine, on the other end of the block! Thebreakfast buffet was great! The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, andcourteous. The front desk staff were very good.

The shower was very small and the curtain too short. It was somewhat difficult to use. The elevator was also extremely small. The Wifi did not work well on higher floors.No for the price it was fine. The lift is very small. shower very slippy and no warning to take care. A little run-down in places, with some minor repairs needed, but don't let that put you off. We requested a double room and got given a twin room. Also the room was a bit tatty in places. It was dingy and run down. The rooms were tiny, as were the bathrooms. The view was a wall 2 metres from my window.Upon arrival, I was told to go to another hotel (run by the same owner and located one blcok away) and come back with my baggages next morning. The receptionist was so arrogant. There was absolutely no excuse or apology. Wifi was so slow and unstable.
