The staff in the hotel is very nice. I had some problems with the France express, and the guy in the front desk helped me to call the service center for almost half an hour. The breakfast is delicious and the manager is very kind in serving and offering help. Quiet place, also near the metro so very convenient. Nice choice for travel in Paris. The staff was excellent! Very friendly. After a long drive to get there, we arrived after 1AM and were able to get quickly check in. The man working at the front desk even moved his car and gave me his parking spot for our entire 3 night stay.

The location -- about a 20-second walk to the Metro -- was ideal. Very comfortable beds. We had lovely room overlooking internal courtyard with door which we could open for fresh air. Now I am very surprised by the positive reviews that I read to visit this place. Practically it is more a hostel then a hotel. My room was very narrow without window, air and natural light. There is no soundproofing. The room door faces an open area around the reception and you listens all talks, walking, TV and so on. Noisy. Seems like desk clerk had friends over during his night shift. Their yelling, banking on tables and talking kept us up until 4 in the morning. Location too far from center of Paris.
