Cleanliness was perfect. Hotel is modern with all facilities. Close to the Metro (and McDonalds for cheap (er) coffee!. Friendly staff, good location, nice facilities. Room servicing. The level of cleanness and proximity to both metro and bus stations. Myexperience with hotel was excellent. when we arrived the man at reception was very very helpful and the comfort of the hotel was fabulous.

Great hotel, small, clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable with a nice bar downstairs. 10 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomph and has a metro stop 50m away. Location, just in front of metro. Furniture and all equipment is really new and nice. It seems like the hotel was renovated not long ago.The hotel stuff was ok and the confort also. It is close enough to Champs Elysseand and they have rooms for smokers. Great location and friendly staff. The location within the city. Hotel staff very helpful. The cost of the internet was tooexpensive.. I think the hotel should have offered the internet freeof charge if possible. apart from the man who was at reception when we arrived, the rest of the staff at reception were quite rude and ignorant. nice contibebtal breakfast - though all "non french" part is quite poor and could be tastier. Some problems with the air conditioning. Room was small but comfortable.The stuff - could not answer on easy questions, could not provide the second sheet, we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, after the first room was not cleaned. No shower curtain was quite annoying and air conditioning made loud noise. shower - no curtain. It was a repair on my storey, very loudy and annoying. Breakfasts are incredibly expensive. Pretty far from the center of the city.Bathroom although very clean, shower did not fix to wall (renovations are being done within the hotel of the bathrooms) Could not see what you got for your money for a superior room - there were no extras provided - only shower/shampoo gel provided. Carpet was very stained. A little bit out from the centre. Breakfast was very expensive and basic would recommend eating out. small toilet. Fire Alarm ringing falsly. A constant and less than romantic buzzing noise all night.
