Nice location - lots of metro options close by, and a good neighborhood with a wide selection of restaurants. Clean bathroom, friendly staff, secure environment, great location. Cleanliness, location, value for money. Very clean bathroom. The location was very good, close to metro from Gare de Nord, and access to other parts of the city. The room was facing the courtyard and was quiet, and clean.

Well situated near Montparnasse railway station and several metro lines. Hotel is situated on busy street but our room was on the other side of the building and thus the traffic noise did not disturb. Some renovation was still ongoing in the hotel. The bathroom was recently renovated and very good. Room was quite small and not so fancy. Anyway this hotel was ok considering the price and location.It's my 3rd time at that hotel. Every time I stay there, I feel I'm home. The owner and the staff is so friendly, specially with brazilians. The staff of the hotel was really wonderful, and the place is reallyvery strategic to reach the most interesting places in Paris. Great location, according to Paris standards the room was big. Clean bathroom. good location, close to metro ( be sure to get off at the St Placide rather than Montpanasse - it only has one exit , not 6 which can confuse you ) , shopping and eateries. The hotel is placed in an excellent location, near two Metro stations. Rooms are nice, bathroom is very clean, although a little small. Complains about small elevator that stops between floors are true, but nothing that compromises the hotel. Staff speaks portuguese, what makes this hotel a great choice for Brazilian people, but undoubtedly from the rest of the world too. Elevator landing was too small.The walls in the room really look dirty. the lift is tiny ( only room for 1 person with luggage at a time ) watch out for that first step out of the lift on level 4/5 - it's a killer !. However there was a continuous lack of warm running water. This is unacceptable, for a 3 star hotel and with 0 degrees outside, not to be able to enjoy a warm bath. I am totally unsatisfied. the exit from elevator to stairs is rather dangerous.The carpeting was filthy and the room was very hot and stuffy. Coming out of the elevator is quite dangerous, it does not comply with safety regulations. Do not recommend this hotel for disabled people. dirty walls. old furniture. lift and stair case really very horrible rooms were very small not proper lighting congested rooms. No hot water, to noise. the room (a so-called tripple!) was tiny! It was on the sixth floor and there were no elevator to the 6 th floor. It doesn't have the comfort of a 3 stars hotel.
