best staff> Mark. I was trying to get to the airport, so he drops me off at the tram @5am.he told me that its not safe to walk to the bus station. He wasnt supposed to leave tho bc he was the only one there before the reception actually opens. It was really nice of him:). This is a wonderfully run hostel, with a great atmosphere. It is a bit out of town, but has a free shuttle bus running in the morning and the evening from the nearest train station. The free breakfast is great and the hostel can organise activities for you in Nice.

Everything was great. The staff, the shuttle service, the room and its view. Clean bathroom. Its noisy, which is good! There is music the whole day and a huge common area. Wish i could stay longer! Totaly recomendable!. Views...facilities...cost...people...ethos...clean...computers...kitche- n...potentially the activities in summer...close to tram with excellent transport connections. The staff messed up our booking so we were in two different rooms the nights we stayed here. It wasn't a real issue and they were very helpful about fixing it, just a bit of an inconvenience. Nothing to complain about. Computer mouses ( inside ?) needed cleaning and new 'light compatible' mouse mats ...curser wouldnt 'obey' on some. Nothing. Sky tv not working. The location was a bit too far but there was good transport system to and from the hostel. The hostel provided a shuttle bus to the nearest tram stop and bus stop for the airport. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. too far away from cetro. The place is a little far off from the main city. But they do have free transport upto a local tram station. So doesnt really count. The shuttle service doesnt run between 12pm to 5 pm unless some has to be picked up from the tram station. You need to call from the station for pickup. The dorms were not very clean and were very stuffy. The bar is very noisy until late hours so don't plan on getting much sleep!. no lift to the 3rd floor bed squeaked every time i moved shower was mouldy, there was a light fitting that had a plastic bag stuck in there to fill the hole. Beds not built for heavy people.. We missed an area for relaxing in the sun. No aircondition at the room. third floor without an elevator?!?! very bad batheroom poor facilities in the room. intended for young people till 20 years old. Lights not working in bathroom and no window, doors scratching. Rooms not cleaned everyday. Rooms with no a.c. wifi at the rooms poor. "pubertal" staff at my check-in only small cabinet, no space where to put the clothes, no rack in the room (single room), towels on request,... If you use bank card, you need pay more 3 euros. It is quite impossible to have enough sleep, as it is extremely loud until midnight. The hostel is dirty, noisy and overcrowded, wifi is really slow. This is not for families with small children, if you have more than 21 years I do not recommend, not enough parking spaces, very disappointed. -Lack of car park -Room was not clean -Sticky floor -Far from town. Villa Saint Exupery organises a range of tours including scuba diving, surfing, skiing, wakeboarding, sailing, and canyoning and rock climbing.

Scuba diving is offered daily from 09:00 to 14:00. No certificates are needed and it is accessible to divers of all levels.

Surfboards and wetsuits are available for hire at the hotel.

From December to March, a bus runs from Nice to the Isola 2000 ski resort (approximately a 90-minute ride).
