thanks to stephen and sabrina who were very helpful with local info and stored our bags,the rooms were very clean quiet and comfortable.five minute walk to the airport and bus.good location for touring.would use the hotel again. It was so nice to have a water kettle in the room. The staff willingly changed our room when we asked for a room with a view of the sea.Lots of smiling employees. A nice selection of menu items.

Air conditioner works very well and cool enough. Accessible to the center of Nice by using local bus No.9 or No.10. The bus stop is behind the hotel and close to the arena, a little diffiluct to find, several-minite walk from hotel. Only 1 Euro for one way. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and very convenient for the airport. It all went smoothly, courtesy bus from airport very useful,staff helpful. Menu posted below existing bar table where people were sitting, flat screen TV should be mounted on the wall, not on the table. Room a little noisy as bed next to toilet room and could here other floors flush.leaking airconditioner in the room. reception staff was snooty and not very friendly or warm...don't expect to get too many local tips or suggestions out of them.For internet us the accor group fee is about 10eur /day. The room is not clean and they are hot.no swimming pool, bar area wasnt great,. Could not ventilate room; air conditioning not very powerful.Staff attitude very poor. Generally unfriendly and dismissive. Restaurant poor - choice, quality and service. Small rooms, bad air-conditionning, very strong smell of stale cigarette as ventilation system non-existent, overpriced breakfast for very poor quality. Dirty and overused cushions decorating bed.
