The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and most readily spoke excellent English. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. One of the best hotels in nice ... Location is great ,rooms are clean and so amazing . You will love your stay and you will go back to it again . - Very helpful staff - Decent breakfast - Perfect location - Clean room and proper room service - Nice city view from the 8th floor.

Fantastic view from upper floors (8th and 9th). The location of the hotel is great! Near zone pietone avenue jean medecin and the beach. Neat, attractive, clean & modern room with good bed. Room Service/housekeeping. Pretty good location. Not far from the beach. Not bad value for Nice area. - big room; - good location. Cafe, room. location was great. The wireless Internet (wi-fi) system is a little outdated (username/password required every time you come back to the hotel) and can be prone to outages (as reported by the front desk staff). Breakfast is a little on the expensive side, but it's not priced too badly for what you get. Internet connection is kind of old style , login and passwords expires when idle need to log back in every time. - A/C could have worked better - Holiday Inn :). Guest elevators have been out of order for 2 weeks already including the period of our stay and further on. The clients had to use staff elevator together with the staff (chamber maids etc). One of two elevators was out of order. So sometimes it took quite a while to in or out from our 8th floor. The second elevator was broken all the time during all our stay. One of 2 elevators non-functional for the 4 days we were there. No one working to repair it noted. Bar/restaurant.Lifts.. The towels need to be updated in the bathroom. - one of the elevators still does not in process; - the mini bar was empty; - the air conditioner did not work in correct way - always warm air; - bad noise protection with the street; - bad wi-fi connection - you have to log in again and again; - very "poor" breakfast. Stuf, elevator. never refilled mini bar even though asked two days in a row to do it, finally on the third day it was done air conditioning in the room was very poor....on checking out the clerk asked about it and then said oh well.......
