The big, beautiful, comfortable room. The kind, friendly staff. The hotel was in a good location - close to the restaurents, shops as well as the beach. We loved our stay. Good location, within walking distance of the train station, the beach, the restaurants and the tourist attractions.The location was great, the hotel/room was nice and staff was very friendly and always ready to help with a smile.

It was a struggle to get in and out of the lift with your suitcase.Expensive and small breakfast, we only ate there the first morning. Room very small and two single beds when I had booked a double.no tea or coffee making facility in the rooms, narrow corridor to the rooms. There are very big price difference from day to day, e.g. 90 € for most of days but suddenly 200 € just for one day.non-existance of any snacks and drinks in the rooms. Two lights weren't working in our room when we arrived - but hotel staff did find us new bulbs quickly enough.wifi internet was not working properly. The bathroom extremely small (but clean and functionally ok). The WiFi is too slow. Is not enough acousticly isolated you can hear from room to room,the breakfast is poor for the requested payment. Water fittings in room broken. Too warm in the room, air-condition did not work well.would have liked coffee,tea in rooms ie kettle ect was a pain going to reception just for a coffee and paying quite alot on top of stay for this. Room a bit on the small side, little storage space. My only reservations would be that it was somewhat cramped as a building. Not uncommon from the rest of the buildings in the city it seems though. Also while well placed the hotel was somewhat further from the train station than was described on the website. Internet access is nonexistant and this hotel advertises that it provides a 24 hours internet access all over the hotel. You have to pay 11 euro per day for breakfast.The bed was a little hard but good room overall. No tea / coffee making facilities.THE rooms were rather tired, and the bathrooms needed some attention. Could be more clean. very very small room and bathroom.
