This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. Beds were comfy,air con worked well and parking was 8 euros per day,which was the cheapest by a long way when I was looking at options. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup.

Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel. Room was reasonably spacious. Was clean and comfortable. We had a room facing the road , and whilst there was some road noise , wasn't a major disturbance. Was one of the few reasonably priced accomdations we could find in Nice that also offered secure carparking. Hotel is not in the main central area of Nice , although Tram into centre is only a 5 minute walk away. Would recommend for the budget traveller who has a car to park. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and modern. The room had free Wifi connection that actually works. The hotel is close to the tram station, which takes you to the centre of Nice. We stayed here just one night before leaving Nice, and the hotel is good for that purpose. The price of the room is modest, and there is a possibility for parking your car in a garage for an extra cost. Everything was perfect. Not cheap, not expensive, but everything with extremely good taste. Clean, new, spacious, perfect beds, extremely beautiful bathroom, great staff and delicious breakfast. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. It is also not very far away from the center. Btw, breakfast was even cheaper than announced, for double room only 4 euro per person and very very good. Great view to mountains on top floor, balcony, modern room.We asked room with view on top floor and we got it. Night receptionist was very kind and helpful on 13.08 early morning. Without no problem even she dont speak any english she organized transfer to airport. One way transfer( luxury Mercedes ) cost 40.- Eur on early morning. All was perfect!!! It was our second stay to be in this hotel. We were very happy to find this hotel as it is just 10 minutes away from the old town by tram and it has private underground parking where we could park our car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are full of light, very quiet (no street noise) and very clean. Spacious bathroom and toilet. Strong Wi Fi signal in the room. Plus several cafes and Carrefour are just 2 min on foot. The hotel appeared to be new; it was very smart and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Secure car parking was convenient and cheap. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel appears to be quite close to the Cimiez district (Roman ruins and Matisse museum), but to get there requires a bit of a climb. It's only 20 minutes walk from the Port and the Old Town (on the level). Lovely and helpful staff, large room and for a triple, it was nice to have a single bed with a wall partition. Breakfast for 3 was a very budget friendly 3 euros. Location was close to supermarket and tram leading to the city centre and rail station for Cannes. Parking was plentiful and convenient underground at 8 euros per day. This hotel is value for money. Cheap compare to general hotel in nice. It's in a safe area and its only 10mins away city center by tram. There's a secure parking cost 8euro. There's grocery store very close to hotel. And staff are very helpful. We thought that we would chance this two star hotel as there was little choice. How lucky we were, despite being some distance from Nice central it's v close to the super tram service so that is not an issue. Breakfast and parking at E8 each were great value. Huge room with lots of space and the bed is comfortable. There is a terrace in the room which is great. The breakfast is reasonably priced and provides good variety. The staffs are very nice too. Perhaps not a hotel with a personal touch, but for our purposes (one night's stay before leaving to the airport) the hotel was good. The location of the hotel, although reasonably convenient, is not particularly salubrious, if that concerns one. Nice (and nearby Monaco) are over-hyped, over-developed and over-populated (with people, scooters and cars). Not much. Nothing much. Nothing, it is by far the best two star hotel we have stayed at. None. Shower was not clean. This was only fault with hotel, otherwise I would have rated it a 9 out of 10. You had to log in to the Internet every single time your device connected to the wifi. Slightly annoying. And that we couldn't check-out later than midday. But at least they allowed us to leave our luggages in a safe place as long as we wanted. Fair amount of traffic noise in mornings. Location was a bit off center, in a somewhat marginal neighborhood. The city is although easy accessible with the Streetcar that runs either every 7 of 15 minutes (depending on the time of day) Breakfast is very limited in choice. Breakfast staff not very well trained. To get there without a GPS in your car is a dream. There should be light in the balcony, if not , why the balcony? An ashtray was broken and the cleaner didn't remove it. Necessary a little fridge in the room, as well a coffee maker in the room, or in the floor. The hotel is not in the town's centre (but that's ok, since there is a tram station near) - 10 min from the main square in Nice. The only thing missing in the room is a fridge. The restaurant was closed that weekend. The staff did´nt speak english. Tram ride of up to 20 minutes is required to get to beach, rail station and old town but fares are cheap and run very regularly. A bit far away from the city centre and we need to drive every time we go out. We got a room with a smell of used cigarettes. It was a long way from the main railway station. Very strange prohibition to eat something in the room. I hate prohibitions and this one just bores. Another one strangeness is that you should pay for your stay by arrival. Also location is not that close to the center, you should use tram. a bit far away from city center, may cause inconvenience to the travelers without their own car. 특별히..없네요. No restaurant on Sunday evening. No tea coffee facility in room. Not properly cleaned. A fair walk to Nice center and a bit hard to find at first. To get to city centre you had to take a tram ( tramstop was about 7 min walk away ). No eating in room allowed.
