Loved the stuff, just SO friendly (excpect when i showed up at 3 a.m. and the door was locked and I had to wake up the owner:P). The location is really good considering it's Nice (10 minutes walk from the centre), really close to tramway and the railway. Wifi in the room. Isabelle, the lady on reception, was lovely and friendly, even loaning us her umbrella for the day. Nice breakfast. Room and bathroom small but clean and perfectly adequate.

She sent me a map in Nice by email about how to reach her hotel after I booked the room online. She helped me to carry a very heavy luggage up to the third floor, and also introduced the bus information to us about how to reach cannes, monaco, eze, saint paul, etc. She also let us to leave the luggage in the hotel after we checked out. Room is very clean with minibar. They changed towels every day. very nice staff, she can speak english quite well, gave us lots of informations about traveling in Nice and to Cannes or Monaco. Very very kind-hearted, she even help me move our big luggage up to 2 floors. Room is very clean, fan is provided. Staff were helpful, fridge in room great. Bed comfortable. Large room itself. Supermarket and laundrette close by. Ten min walk.to old town a good 15 min walk to beach. Tram stop 200 metres. isabelle the owner was very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was very good value for 6.50 euros, big pot of tea and a basket of bread/pastries,. Nicest staff ever! Noise from passing traffic made it diffcult to get to sleep. The earplugs in the bathroom said it all, would avoid if you are a light sleeper. Room is a bit small, especially the bathroom, we can not even go inside it at the same time. No air condition, but they offered a fan there. Still very hot during the first half of night. It is very very noisy during the night, lots of motors screaming on the street (perhaps this also happened in all the place in Nice). My wife can not sleep quite well during every night. Too noisy during the night, my wife could not sleep during whole 3 nights since there were always motors roaring on the street and the window of the room faces to the street. It was quite hot during the first half of night so we have to sleep with the window opened. The bathroom is quite small, we cannot even stand inside at the same time. Bathroom very.small couldn't dry myself in it. Very old bathroom cracking everywhere. No aircon but did have a fan. Hotel was very honest about the aircon when booking which was good.a bit far from beach but can still walk everywhere we never used tram. The rooms were quite dark. No air con. Small bathroom. Room was very warm (no airco) A lot of street noise. very noisy outside didnt sleep very well rooms small and very basic. not really clean, VERY basic structure. Would be ok if looking for a hostel-like structure, but then price was too high. The facilities are poor and the rooms are very old which looked dark. And the Wifi is not good. The price is not suitable for such a small room. When we stay there I was bitten from bedbugs and this ruined my travel. They bite all of my arm and it ridiculously scratched during one week. I hope someone see that review and try to get that bugs away!!!!.
