This was the second stay for my daughter and me. We like having a suite that is clean and roomy. The staff, as before, was friendly and helpful in every way. The kitchen and balcony were nice to have.Location is excellent, staff is very friendly, nice studio with big rooms and a big balcony, bus-express to the airport is round the corner. Everything was great, breakfast good.
all reviews » Location of the hotel is perfect for those who do not plan to spend all nights in the center of the city, beach is within 200 m and is much less crowded than central beaches. It is perfect choice for family holidays, since you can save a lot of money using kitchen facilities of the hotel and supermarket right around the corner. We have really good time for very affordable price. Good location, good accommodation, swimming pool facilitis. I liked tthe place and comfort. Good transport links to airport, railway station, Port, etc, 2 mins walk to Promenade des Anglais,cooker, big fridge, cleanliness, comfy bed., BBC news channel instead of the execrable CNN. This hotel was a good choice.Spacious apartment with bedroom, nice terrace and close to the Promenade. Friendly staff. Easy access with children pram. Its an aparthotel, good wifi connection, has a public parking that connected directly to the hotel.The wifi internet connection was excellent. The service was decent, and the television was excellent, as was the pool.- close to beach and good bus connections nearby, kitchenette and supermarket nearby, nice and clean swimming pool. The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the beach and is accessible by public transport.Location was O.K... close to the beach and a brasserie where thefood was good. Would say a toaster in kitchenette and kettle would be useful. The rooms are a bit small. This is fine if you use your hotel room as a pied a terre -for sleeping, napping, snacking. If you go on holiday to mope around your hotel room all day these rooms are not for you.Poor cleaning of the floor when we arrived ( but much better after we complained) :). Not very comfortable places to sit in the living room/ kitchen, a sofa or comfy chair would have been nice!. strong smell from newly repainted wall. They had not kept a parking place as I asked; however, the public parking was ok (although much more expensive) and they offered breakfast as compensation. When next day they did not have immediately a parking place, they found it after some searching and I did not pay for the day because of the inconvenience. So the staff was helpful, but if you need the parking, please check in advance. In my room, the elevator could be heard. It was extremely loud and irritating.swimming pool not available all the time. noisy locals in the pool,a lot of noise on main street which made sleeping without earplugs impossible, balcony isn't guaranteed; they are assigned arbitrarily, I should have expected that loyal customers which booked early (in Nov 2007) would have received a better treatment. Customer centricity unexisting, fingerpointing between local hotel mgt and Paris based headquarters of the hotel group. The toilet and heating system is not so comfortable. Light in hallway did not work making it difficult to put key in door.Safety problem that you must use your key to lock door from inside. Bedscrammed tight up against door to patio.Most arrogant and uninterested staff I have ever met. The private parking option in the building's garage was a nice offer, but very hard to find. They gave us an instruction sheet, and we found the parking spot without a problem, but then no elevator to go back up to the room as not every elevator allowed you to go to all levels. So we were stuck in a very hot and stuffy parking area for more than 30 minutes.the bathroom, much too basic, could not even keep my toothbrush in. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the old town. The bed was not confortable. The room it was very dirty. The hotel staff was not friendly at all. No smile on her face. She forgot to return my passport to me, and even blamed me the next day when I drove back from another city to get my passport. Her mistake made a big trouble in my trip, however she did not say sorry. The other terrible thing is that the bed cover was terrible dirty. It seemed that it was not washed for few months.
