Christina is the lovely assistant there who was extremely helpful and outgoing. The apartment itself is quite warm and welcoming. The location is great for exploring Lyon on foot and the bed very comfortable.

As already mentioned, this is a room with a shower, not a hotel. The toilet is located outside the room and is extremely small. THe apartment itself is difficult to find, and even more difficult to get into without keys. The electronic keys provided were not working. Sound travels very far in all rooms of the apartment.
