Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. Fantastic location down-town Biarritz, splendid view on the ocean. There are rooms on the 3rd floor with big balconies. We were on the 4th floor, with at least a good view and big windows. Public parking at one- minute walking distance.

The location is superb, the rooms are always lovely and decor aside the view of the sea is breathtaking and available from every room. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. The stunning sea view, the location right in the centre of everything, the parking in front of the hotel, the food and the discretion of the staff. Luxurious accomodation with superb sea view and close proximity to the centre. Also the restaurant had a first rate cuisine and wine list. We had a fabulous room with a terrace overlooking the ocean. We had a restaurant recommendation from front office which turned out to be shut on the evening we received it which was a little annoying as it was pouring from the heavens!!!. Quality of Restaurant is rather poor, compared with other-ones in Biarritz. Too expensive for the quality offered. The bar has two colour tv screens blaring music out some kind of MTV style affair, at all times of morning and night. There is no cosiness or incentive to have an pre dinner drink there. The restaurant is over priced. Very minor - but more hooks in the bathroom would help. breakfast too expensive, difficult access to nearby underground car park from where luggage has to be carried to hotel,. Room too tight. The room service. Price. expensive, did not replenish soap and toiletries. No facilities eg gym, only 3 english TV channels. Fo a hoyel costing e180 per night in a provincial town off season it was poor value.
