A fab place. Relaxed, homely feel with well maintained and well-designedrooms. Couldn't be better views of the sea -practically splashingdistance. From the outset we were welcomed by lovely, V.helpful staff,and with the bar/café+restaurant -even interior design shop on groundfloor, we never felt stuck for something to do -even in our unluckyspell of bad weather. Will be back in summer!. They staff were really very friendly and pleasant. I also like the little shop you have in the front.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were perfectly clean, the hotel wasin a great location - very central. Liked the sea views. It is a very central location the room we had was nice but very very small and the door in the bathroom was hard to closed even though the showers and facilities were very clean. Excellent location, good sea views (but only from the front). comfortable, spacious bedroom. Our room was in the back, so no view, but quiet. The hot water did randomly go off at one point, which is never great,but the hotel were amazing about it - offering us 50%discount or anotherroom in nearby hotel. And they also made sure we had extra heaters andblankets if needed. We stayed even with cold water, which sayseverything!!. Liked the hotel but only point is could do with facilities for tea/coffee in room , not provided, which is typical of french hotels. But they do provide cheerful room service for continental breakfast at a price .Hotel restaurant average. The walls seem to be thin so it can be a little noisy. I did not like the availability of information about Biarritz or even suggestions on where to go even what nite clubs or bars that could be recommended. Also we found the drink to be the most expensive in the area in the hotel two glasses of wine were €11 and the bottle was nearly €11 in another hotel. Big difference. A bit of entertainment music would be nice. But we did have a great time . Bathroom underspecified - small bath, cheap fittings. Park in Eugenie public car park - not the hotel's fault, but it's very tricky to get there due to many one-way streets. Get down to the seafront to the N, then drive along (took me 3 passes and an hour to work this out).Room was very small and a bit shabby although very clean. Walls are very thin. Location made up for all of this. Understaffed at peak times. Noisy rooms because of thin walls andceilings.shabby room, overpriced.
