For those who find it convenient to fly from Southampton Airport to Paris Orly, the Kyriad Hotel is the place to stay. The hotel has its own mini bus for transfers to and from the airport which are free. When arriving at Orly, you will need to phone the hotel to ask them to send a bus which will arrive at area D, just outside the airport (Orly West). all reviews » We needed a hotel close to Orly airport for an early flight the next morning. This hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus which picked up us from the airport 5 mins after we rang to say we had arrived, and left for the airport every 30 mins. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and did everything to help make our stay enjoyable (including kept baggage for 5 days). The exterior of the building is misleading as once in the room, everything is modern, clean and comfortable. Whilst there is n. The main reason for staying at this hotel during our holiday is the seafood restaurant next door, which is absolutely superb and great value for money. Other than that, for a budget hotel Kyriad go that little but further than most, with coffee and tea in the room, 2 pillows per person and others. Suppose it would be better if the hotel equips its bathrooms with curtains istead of current tiny glass barriers which can't defend from watering the floor. It was not the nicest location but I stayed there to be close to the airport so that did not matter. I did not like the coffee provided for breakfast and the food ran out. Nothing. The wifi signal was very weak in my room and as not workable. The reception offered the possibility of using the connection in the lobby as the only option. Even so, their connection to the Internet is very slow and annoying. The hotel does not have a restaurant except for breakfast and unfortunately does not even have sandwiches available for a quick snack. After a large lunch next door, I only wanted a snack in the evening, but I could only use the takeaway services available if I ordered far more food than I needed, so I had to stay hungry overnight.
