very friendly staff, great support in all questions, very clean, very good infrastructure, the quality is higher as two stars. proximity to airport/prompt shuttle service. Close to airport and good, clean accommodation. nice room. We stayed for 7 hours, overnight, after a long haul flight from Singapore (CDG-Air France bus to Orly). There was plenty of hot water and a clean bed. Up and out for an early onward flight. Perfect.

Convenient but crowded restaurant next door,. Close to the airport. Close to a large supermarket where you can buy drinks and food. This is an advantage, because the hotel does not offer anything like a minibar or a restaurant. The view out of the window (you see a Concorde facing the hotel! and that ou can open the window.The hotel night staff sent the shuttle bus out to Orly to pick us up at 2:00am after our flight was delayed. That was very welcome. Very close to the Airport; efficient shuttle.It is near the airport. quite functional and nice hotel. good for a short stay while travelling in / out of paris.Near to the airport, and a free bus service. It was difficult to get a snack...resturant next door was full of people [1 May], leaving McDonalds as our only option...tea making facilities in our room would have been most welcome.Bed was too comfortable - I overslept !. Breakfast did not start early enough for us. We had a spare half an hour to wait for the free bus to the airport and we could have filled it with a quick hot coffee and pan au chocolate. The mis-timing was my own fault, we just missed the 6am bus, otherwise, no complaints.there was only one restaurant nearby and it was a bit expensive. The TV didn't work. A little far from the airport. Large windows were not able to be latched partly open and curtains opened the wrong way for one of them. No airconditioning required the windows to be open. Public areas and my room were worn. Breakfast was just adequate - but probably competitive at Paris prices!. Not all staff members do speak English. I called them from the airport to pick me up, but it was hard to figure out where and when the shuttle bus picks you up from the airport (For all who have the same problem: the bus departs in front of Entrance/Exit "C" at both terminal south and east. But to be picked up you have to call the hotel). Outdated fixtures, no Air Conditioning. had no hot water in the bathroom and room was very cold. It took time to heat up. Hotel staff does not speak / understand English. The hassle of getting to the room from Orly Airport. It was not clear at all that a shuttlebus needed to be ordered from the info-desk. We searched with poor French language skills for 1.5 hrs before finding out. The website appears to suggest the hotel is on the airport premises, which it is definately not !. Nothing in the room. e.g. mini bar, tea making machine, water!!!. Parking very poor. Hotel and Restaurant next door filled all parking spaces and overflowed on to road. No space if you arrived late evening. Room very basic. Shower poor state of repair. Minimal room facilities. Bed, TV, Bathroom. No drink making facilities. One vending machine holding canned soft drinks and chocolate bars on the basement floor was the only facility available. Breakfast very basic. the toilet is too stinky. make the room smells very bad, and the air condition is bad. but if i open the window, out side is always loud.
