Good location, next to large shopping center, and close to the airport. Free covered parking, never difficult to find a spot. The free breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. View from the room overlooking the countryside was just lovely. Overall a good deal for money. Will definitely recommend it. I was very impressed that the staff worked with us to check in early because we had a wedding to go to and we needed to settle in and clean up and dress before we went to the function. Thanks also the staff was very friendly and courteous.
all reviews » The personnel were extremely frendly, room was nice, clean and spacious. Spa was nice! We found an excellent Greek restaurant ( called Pikku Santorini) from the lobby. You can observate aeroplanes hotell's 12 th floor. Will go again!. Hotel, SPA and shops a all in one place. You even don't need to put on coat to get there. Best way to spend a weekend in Finland. Five minutes from the airport, which is very convinient if you travel by plane. The spa and other facilities (minigolf, bowling, cinema, mall) helps to pass the time if you're just passing thru, waiting for the plane to leave Early breakfast is very, very early. I often have to meet my family at the aiport, the hotel is an excellent choice for that. If we have more time there is a spa centre for a good rest. Free parking is also an asset. A comfortable hotel for travelers with children: shopping, aqa park, bowling and other entertainment for the whole family. Close to Heureka- the museum of science for children. Excellent room; good location if you need to be at the airport in the early morning; very convenient free parking; access to a large shopping mall from within the hotel itself. The corridors and the room were not very clean. Overall though a good stay. The entrance to check in was rather hard to find. I think more direction should be seen to enter the ramp for those with a lot of luggage. Far from the center of the city, no places of interest near the hotel. The early breakfast is a bit scant In the night there is only one person in reception. In my case the in-room safe didn't open -> we had to wait until 7AM to get the safe open. Luckily we had enough time to reach the plane. Massively overpriced!. Absence of transfer to airport, you have to take a taxi. nothing in particular. No tea making facilities!!. The level of the music in the breakfast room, too loud, should be lower, it is morning. Only 3 lifts in hotel, awating lift takes 5-10 minuts. No any prevelage for hotel guests in aquapark. Difficult to dim the air condition. Too small dining room. smoking people at the enrance area. Price a bit too high compared to the quality. Very high price for such small rooms and such poor breakfast. And with this price you are required to pay extra if you need extra towel or wardrobes.
