I loved this hotel. My rom was comfortable, airy, clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was out of this world and the bedding as soft as it could be. Plentiful towels, a powerful shower and a supply of shower gel, shampoo, tea & coffee. Air con was most welcome in the surprise heatwave too.Great location for a flight and not bad for getting into the city as there was a bus (no 611) than ran right past the hotel. Handy shuttle to and from the airport too. Breakfast was not included in my deal .

Helpful front desk, fast airport shuttle plus city bus to centrum in 30 minutes! We bought our meals inexpensively at grocery stores. If you open a map in Helsinki, someone will offer to help you find your way. When we return, we will definitely stay here. Very good location! Only 10 min from airport with free airport shuttle-bus. Bus goes every 20 min from Terminal 1, bus point Nr.9. Good breakfast selection. You can book only room without breakfast and decide on spot either take it or not. Additional breakfast cost 16 Eur per person, but is is worth the money you spent. Comfortable, quiet hotel. Staff friendly and service oriented. Excellent shuttle service from and to airport. We arrived via train to Helsinki, took the airport bus from train station and there took the free shuttle to the hotel the night before. Just as a tip if people want to save money on a taxi ride:). Fabulous location. Airport bus lets out next door. Train station is next door. Yet no problem with noise, and the area around the station is not scary. First off all it was difficult to find bus point Nr.9, but actually it's from of exit from Terminal 1. (Please hotel administration add info where to find bus point Nr.9). Hotel room is average size - acceptable, but bathroom is small in my opinion. We came in a heat wave and hotel rooms in Finland do not appear to have air conditioning. But that's a country-wide issue, & Holiday Inn's fan in the closet saved us. Black out curtains would be nice. Because the Hotel did not have a technitian on shift I was charged 250 Euro to bring an outside technitian. I agreed beforehand and I did not want to argue with this kind reception personel so I paid. I think that the Hotel should have contributed due to the fact that no technitian was in the Hotel. It is far from the city center and taxis are super expensive. There is a easy airport bus that goes to the man square in town, so you could take the airport shuttle then catch the bus to town but it is time consuming. their computer system was broken and they had to do the check-in manually which was quite slow. For a citytrip too far away from Helsinki-Center, but perfect if you have your Connection-flight on the next day. Room was very small, barely enough space to open the bag. Room was quite small. nothing. The room was a bit small and the bath small. The restaurant prices were high. Nothing. rooms small expensive breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Service in restaurant in dinner time was bad. Liked everything. Operation hours of airport shuttle bus do not cover the operation hours of th airport. There is no service anymore when you arrive in time by the late flight from Copenhagen at 01:15 hrs. a.m. You need to take a taxi at additional costs - and the taxi driver will not be happy for that short ride. Location of hotel in a dead business district with no chance of alternative restaurants around. - shower (outdated) - too small gym. Price of food/drink both in restaurant and bar. Very overpriced. Price of items in mini-bar also quite high in comparison to other hotels in Finland/Europe. City center far away - walking around the hotel. Nothing to complain about. reception did not answer the phone call when i called from my room. Nothing to comment about. Floor in the shower room - two much water, shoud be changed. Cost of hotel food. Each room has additional door to next one, looks strange and confused a little.
