The Hotel although out of the centre of Copenhagen was easily reached by foot or public transfer.We had a one bedroom apartment which was very nicely furnished and had every facility you could think of including a dishwasher if you decided to self cater.We had dinner one night in the restaurant which and on the second night we had dinner sent to our room from the restaurant . Convenience, new establishment, met our needs, very helpful staff. Even though it is not in the centre of Copenhagen it is a healthy 15 - 20 min walk to the centre and a 10 min walk to the nearest train station. A bus service is also handy.
all reviews » Excellent hotel overall. Close to cruiseship terminal and Little Mermaid. One can walk to most city sights, but do take the hop-on-hop-off open-top sightseeing bus at the Little Mermaid or the hop-on-hop-off canal boat ride at Nyhavn. Friendly,helpful staff. Apt accomodations were very good. Will seek out other hotels in this chain. The staff at the front desk were fantastic. Excellent service. Will definately stay again. Internet should either be included in the price of the apartment or offered much more cheaply than it is now. Free internet draws customers; expensive internet repels them and creates an adverse impression. I would not stay there again due to the location of the hotel and the expense of transportation to and from the hotel to tourist attractions.Location too far from central Copenhagen activities. There were no bath ropes or guest slippers and lack of selection of food. The pool area was also small and nothing special for a four star hotel.The babycot-price was to high, and babybeds should be free. Appatrment has kitchen but without owen which is not mentioned at a discription on your website. Hotel restaurant is very expensive. Option is order take away and reception will give you menu cards.A bit far from the center / early check-out time. Cleanliness of the appartement, reserved friendliness of staff, the way to the city center by foot is quite long and follows a busy road. The hotel is far from the city center, located near the trains, so it is very noisy. The curtains are so thin, that we can not sleep with the sun light. The washing machine is very difficult to operate. The internet is expensive, there is no free terminal in the reception. The breakfast is extremely expensive. Room was extremely dirty. Staff was not polite.
