Everything was very organised and tidy. large room with pleasent furnishings.it was very close to the airport. the hotel is kinda in the middle of nowhere though and you would probably need a taxi to get into the town. definetly would need one if you have young children with you. if going to legoland it was approx 100dkr (roughly a tenner) for the taxi, but that was a minibus taxi so probably much cheaper for cab.

Proximity to the Airport. Cleanliness of room. Near airport. Not a hotel I would stay for days but for having a mega early flight out of Billund it's perfect and comfortable!. It was not too far too drive to Vojens to watch a speedway meeting.It was very convenient, being right next door to the airport. We all wake up with backache : /. No dinner! I was not aware of this, so I went hungry until the morning.no hair drier in the room. Not good choices of TV stations especially for USA travelers. Machines for food and drink didn't take cards. parking instructions unclear. Since Billund airport does not have late-night catering facilities,Zleep should provide more snacks, perhaps from vending machines. No dinner offered, locally only real choice is airport. I dont like to use booking mashine. Breakfast was totally over packed.checking in late is a problem, sometimes the machine outside causes users some issues!. A bit basic for us.the one member of steaff did not want any guests - if you use atumated check in you can't have breakfast. Unfriendly attitude of one member of the staff. the fact that we might have ended up sleeping outside as the machine for access to the hotel did not work for us - we eventually got in on somebody else's card. THe next day we were told we had been charged for a no show! And no apology at all. I think you should always have a person on the reception to avoid these situations. Impossible to buy food and drinks with credit card. There is no hair dryer in bathroom. Rooms not cleaned, broken shelf in the bathroom not fixed despite asking.There are absolutely no facilities at this hotel. If you want something to eat you must go to the airport and if you leave this until 7.00 pm everything in the airport is closed.
