  This was an excellent experience. Everything was all around superb, especially the staff who was most gracious. A Luxurious hotel and spa in a prime site above town, but also very welcoming, no stuffiness; absolutely comfortable. Great food variety and quality, too. - Everything. This is one of the best hotels in Europe....

  The spa facilities, the pool and the saunas were really good. The rooms were large and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The website needs updating though as both WiFi and wired internet is available in all rooms.

  Very nice and comfortable room, friendly staff - Very friendly hotel, great service. Rooms are antique funished. All staff were very friendly. Large comfortable and clean room. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining. The restaurant's food was excellent and service was very good too.... what people say » Often checking from our server and others works in the hotel. Breakfast was very good also.

  Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. The room was large, elegant, comfortable and quiet, with good wifi signal and a good sel... what people say » ection of TV channels. Breakfast was served in the atrium and was delicious. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

  Nice clean and quiet room, small but nice spa open already from 7 oclock. The lady at the reception when we arrive was a super friendly and helpful. I wonder she was the hotell manager?!. And she spoke even perfect english, not only german and russian. - I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff, and nice breakfast.
