Huge, clean and comfortable rooms. Upgraded me to a family apartment at small additional charge. I could live there; it was bigger then my first apartment. Wi-Fi is included. Location is excellent; right downtown. There are great local places to eat and drink in the area. I walked to the Old Town Square, Prague Castle and back to the hotel. Hotel is only a couple stops away from the main train station. Staff was very helpful and provided me with maps, directions and options in the area. I would.
all reviews » The décor and themed features of the apartment were super! Clean and modern. Air conditioning perfect for those really hot days. Situated away from the busy centre but not to far to walk. Staff were very helpful and the complementary bottle of bubbly wine and note to apologise in advance for the corridor floor work was perfect after our long 5hr journey and late arrival! All very comfortable and would love to come again (probably without the children to really enjoy the rather luxurious experie. This is really good apartment that offers good value for money. The location is close to Wenceslas Square, metro station, shops and more. The staff is very kind and helpful. The apartment is completely refurbished, clean and spacious. They have a reception open most of the time and the old nice bulding has an elevator. We were four and really like the place, I totally recommend it!. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The parking is certainly not for the faint hearted. We needed at least 4 persons just to help navigate the car into the entrance of the car park. We decided to return the rented car a day earlier then planned. But I guess this parking problem is a common phenomenon in Praque. Only slight complaint was that the morning traffic can be quite noisy if you have a room on Legerova St.I Would recommend earplugs if you wish to sleep beyond 8am. nothing. - late check-in is a little problematic because the check-in place is not very easily located for a first-time Prague visitors - during our stay, we had problem with heaters, but the staff came almost immediately even at late night to fix it. Nothing really serious, but I'd appreciate if they could provide one more mirror outside the bathroom. Nothing much. Adjoining road was a bit noisy during the day, but you only heard it if you opened the windows. It was too loudy- there was a central road near the hotel. walls like paper; every morning we were woken up by the cleaning ladies roaming the hallway, making lots of noise. secondly, their parking is a joke. is 15€ /day and is close, but in order to get in or get out you have to have quite the driving skills, as is has 2 m wide entrance from the street ( you have to take a left from the second lane, and be exactly at 90 degrees, or else, your car will get scrached.... or you block traffic manouvering your car to fit). There isn't anything we didn't like. no complains. Everything was perfect!. It's a bit noisy from outside, so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room with the garden view. Traffic noise, but we expected it in major city centre. Fair walk to old town and all uphill coming home!. Street noise. A bit noisy to the street. only one elevator and bit small. 1- elevator is small and very slow. 2- needs washer machine and dish washer. The room was slightly small as we were 2 adults and 2 children. The internet does not work, despite repeated requests. There wath a problem with the hot water, so no hot water. Got a bottle of sparkeling wine. For my next stay they promissed me that everything is OK. nothing to complain. Nothing. I like it all. The parking was terrible. We prebooked a place for 15 euros a day. The parking place is a block away, so highly inconvenient when you have to cart all your luggage back to the apartment. The girl at reception was most unhelpful when giving directions to the parking place. The kitchen had the bare minimum and the noise from the traffic outside was unbearable. I would not stay here again. the only thing i think was a bit "blah " it was the decoration with british flag ...please just change it with something Czech :))). The breakfast was just a plate with what you get on it. The Russian mentality to ask you money directly and to have you paid for every single item (like 1EUR for an expresso at breakfast). Nothing, really!. the breakfast room was a bit small but was ok . A little far from Old Town, but not too far to walk if you like 20-30 min walks. Parking may be difficult if you have a big car.
