Best hotel with lowest rate on our Europe trip in this category. Great location within minutes of old town, safe indoor reasonably priced parking, clean rooms, very friendly personnel, great ambiance/art in lounge/breakfast area, great breakfast. Excellent location, close to the main bus / train station, close to a subway station, very easy to walk around the city center. There is a lot of markets and restaurants nearby the hotel. Quiet place.
all reviews » My son and I enjoyed our stay in 'Brixen'. A service was exellent, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. Next time we will pick this hotel again. Location was excellent, the rooms were clean and tidy. The reception staff were very helpful and informative about where to go. Great hotel, very clean great location. in the room there are basic stuff, no airco, or fridge. but very clean room and comfy . Location, the TV had CNN station, plus all hours sports station in Czech and German. The room was quiet, clean. Helpfull stuff, exellent breakfast, good location, cute black cat coming every morning to beg for food :). Very good location. Well connected Tram and metro is right at the corner.. Friendly staff, clean rooms. everything you could ask for in a hotel.highly recommended.best value for your money. If I must say something it would perhaps be the low waterflow in the shower, but that I have experienced in other hotels in Prague as well!. No refrigerator in room and any kind of cooling in room ( air con or ceiling fan). We stayed in apartment on the top floor. It is equipped with kitchen but no cooking utensils and the microwave is broken so we couldn't use the kitchen even we paid for it. The hot water system is not stable. We all got scolded by sudden hot water during shower! I informed that to another receptionist, not Sona, and she said that is normal in Czech, how ridiculous!. It was very noise, hearing all the night your neighbors conversation and all the doors closing. We didnţt request but the room was with an nonfunctional kitchenette. Extra beds were extremely uncomfortable. Dirty room. absence of a hair dryer6 could do with a a tea pot. I was given a run around when I arrived midnight when I was told the hotel was overbooked and I have to move to a hotel 9 km away. No aircon, very hot in room; furniture and bed sheets cheap and style- less; towel handle fell off; shower stream weak. Breakfast: the webpage said there was warm breakfast, however no meatless foods. So in other words if u're not into fatty pig-cuts, it'll be cold breakfast for U. Unfriendly staff, loud, awful parking area!!! - very small parking lots - hardly impossible not to damage one's car - and they charge it 17 Euro!!!. Wouldn't recommend. The room smelled like urine. We learned to make sure your hotel is a 4 star in prague.
