The Hotel was great, The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was very friendly. They spoke English very well. We were traveling with a dog and that was no problem at all, they are very dog friendly. The hotel is close enough to the attractions that if walking isn't a problem it's highly recommended. Very close to the centre of Prague and far enough away from the seedier side of Prague so that we didn't have to see it. Rooms were very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to leave our bags with them after checkout also helped as our flight was quite late in the evening.

The shower connecter was broken when my girl was taking shower, this is the only thing that inconnenivence.Hotel was very good but about location ,If I knew the city,I would preferred to stay in in old city or kampa. Stayed 5 nights. Same breakfast every morning. The location is in a quiet area of a busy distinct. It is quite far away from the old quarter and little quarter. If you do not mind the walk to these places, the place is OK. The bathroom. Although it was clean, it had a smell and needs refurbishment. The staff were generally polite but they could be nicer.The lift was down for most of our stay and we had to use the very crammed service lifts. We were stuck in the lift at one point but staff was very quick to get us out. Same breakfast everyday (we stayed for 4 days). Only thing, as mentioned before was the fact there were no baths and although the double bed was in fact two single mattresses, I would've preferred a double duvet.The hotel restaurant was not open in the evening although meals were available in the bar. WiFi is available for free, but only in the lobby (and first-floor elevator/lift area).Nothing at all excellant. the shower head did not work well when we first arrived....although when we requested it to be looked at it was taken care of immediately and then worked very well.

The marble and wood interior dates back to 1927. This cafe, which is the heart of the hotel, has always been the place to meet people of cultural and political significance. The quiet and inviting atmosphere is enhanced by the tunes of the roaring twenties.

Underground station: 0.2 km.
Highway: 0,3 km (but no noise !)

All of our 74 newly renovated guest rooms and suites pay tribute to the historical atmosphere of the hotel yet fulfilling all the individual needs and expectations of our demanding guests.

Each room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with classic furniture of precious wood, which was made especially for our hotel. The spacious bathrooms are made of Italian Carrara marble.

Unfortunately the hotel does not offer facilities for the disabled.

By bus from the airport:
- Take bus number 119 to Dejvická station.
- Change to underground line A (green line) and travel 5 stations to Muzeum station.
- Then walk 200 metres towards the train station. The hotel is located in front of the State Opera House.
