I was staying in premier apartment with my family & the room really really great. Clean, new & nicely furnished & bathroom, spacious room. Free WIFI & beer ;-) Andreas was very helpful, my parents really appreciate the help that he did and tell about it to all my families in Indonesia. Mirror in bed room & trash can in bathroom would make much better. They were very helpful. We arrived very soon in the morning and they let us leave our luggage in the reception. We also leave very soon in the morning and Andreas was there in case we need any help. The room is big enough for 5 people (we were four). The room is cleaned every day. Very close to Wenceslas square, 3 minutes far from Muzeum tube station.

Location is fantastic. very near of famous plaza and you can find fantastic restaurant around there. Also they provide free parking space and umbrella :). Excellent stay with wonderful staff. They were willing and available to help with all requests. It was a little hard to find at first but they now have a nice new sign out front to make it easier. It is a very modern and spacious apartment converted into various "hotel rooms". Same key opens the doors to the main apartment entrance and my room. There could be some coffe or thé device in the room. payment for booking made in advance, ie not possible to cancel it. The room was a tad small but compared to all the amenities in the room it was still a very nice stay. not accept modification or cancellation of the booking.... Shower water temp is not stable. It is a aparthotel/pension, which was unexpected. a good lobby should be good. Very small room. Bad position room number 3. The main problem - the lack of air conditioning! In hot weather it is impossible to sleep.
