The room was small but had been well thought out, with everything I needed available and sensibly located. The hotel itself is located right around the corner from a Metro station, making it very easy to get around Prague. I like the position of hotel, everything is fine, like it is described on LetsBookHotel.com, hotel staff very kind, hotel is clean and quite, breakfast is good, highly recommended.

The hotel is infront of subway I.P.Pavlova very near to thecentre,excellent location,clean and with very friendly stuff. If u need a taxi, ask the hotel to book 1 for u and if u take 1 from outside make sure they have a kilometer counter so they don't charge you extra, the hotel is very close to the main station and costs 150 to 200 kc(less than 10 euros)but we were charged 25 euros because we didn't know that. The staff on duty was very helpful during check in and even recommended very good restaurants for local food. The location was very convenient. Just a minute walk away from the train station. . The hotel provided an excellent breakfast. The room we had ( number 405 ) was peaceful and clean, and large enough for our cases etc. The location of the hotel is excellent. The I P Pavlova metro station and tram stop is just round the corner of the hotel which allows easy and convenient transport around Prague. The room and breakfast service are good and there are various restaurants and supernarket in the surrounding area, making it a good choice to stay while visiting Prague for a few days.Hotel is so close to center of the city, no need to use tram or metro, you can just walk and in a few minutes you're in the center of the Prague :-), and there is big bath in bathroom and very pleasant hotel stuff!. The staff during check out was not as helpful, perhaps she had difficulty understanding English. . breakfast (choice of food). The room was a little noisy at night when it was raining and on the Friday night. No english speaking TV channels. Only the jam was a bit ertsatz!. the mini bar was empty. the mini bar in the room was empty. Our reservation was for 3 nights but when we checked in they had us for 2 but said they could probably house us. However, when we decided to stay only 2 nights they charged us for the third and said it was booking.com policy. internet not usable. Do not be put off by the graffiti on the building next door. Lift broke down one day, we were on 4th floor and had to walk up and up the stairs. Very hard for my wife's arthritic knees but the lift was repaired the next day. Staff very apologetic and wanted to compensate us with some drinks at the counter.The beds were most uncomfortable.my back was very sore each morning. I have already recommended your hotel to 2 of my friends. One couple will check in this Sunday. Another might be planning to go next year.limited parking. can't get english speaking tv stations (only cnn), like the bbc!. Only 1 English language TV channel. we hadn't realised from the web site that you needed to book parking in the hotel and ended up parking about 4km away, not very convenient, and paying a fair bit.Breakfast. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor and onto bedroom carpet. Rooms facing street noisy. wireless internet cannot be connected. No Stocked mini-bar, and unable to watch BBC world news channel or indeed any "english" speaking TV channel.bit noisy as on the main road, no tea coffee making facilities, and some staff not overly helpful. distance to the city center. Restaurants around the area is also quite difficult to have.Staff were rude and not very helpful. too much expensive!.

Airport bus 119 – subway A-line ( green ) Dejvicka terminal – change A-line to C-line ( red ) on Muzeum – C-line I.P.Pavlova get out, first exit on the right side, outside turn left – walk 15 meters, at the corner turn left again and after 20 meters you will see Hotel Alton.
