We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The room was huge fantastic bed bathroom and dressing room. Our room also had a huge balcony. Walking distance to everything.

Absolutely the number 1 hotel I have been staying in so far. Great place with a butler at your disposal. Don't confuse these suites with the hotel under the same name. It was our 8th annivesary-the staff were exceptional & so accomodating. We were picked up at the airport & whisked away to a castle of fairytale proportion. I was totally satisfied with the hotel. The stuff did their best to please us. There were several extras oferred to us free of charge. Gorgeous interior, wonderful attentive staff, great location in a quite and beautiful area yet still close to all the famous sights. Beautiful, well appointed rooms. Nothing negative about our stay. The shower head on the bath was difficult to operate. what's there to dislike?. Mattresses were very hard. Maybe hooks in bathroom.
