Parking is free at night and at weekends.

Everything was excellent! Staffs are all very kind and are willing to offer good service. The room is kept very clean. It is conveniently located close to the central square of the city. The staff at the Hotel were very friendly and interested in ourexperience. The hotel room was ready on time with the baby cots for ourtwins. We will never look for another hotel!. Very good service, especially concerning the baby. Ideal for a family with children. I strongly recomend it. Also, there is free Internet access.

They almost taken care of everything like what kind of breakfast you'd like to have and without constraint of time. I was haing my breakfast at 11.30 hrs and staff served it at the table. I didn't observe this care in any other hotels yet. The interior of this hotel is really rich especially curtains, quilts and their colour combination. Hotel Rous is really comfortable. It has a delicious breakfast and it is located just few meters from the Cathedral. Staff was very kind and gave us all information we wanted to know.The staff did everything they could to accommodate you and nothing was too much trouble. Also it's a great location, central to everything in Plzen. During late evenings there was some noise due to the theater/venue "nextdoors". Didn't matter too much though. Note if you travel in summer, not air conditioned at the rooms. It lasted only one week end... There is no air conditioning. A tram goes right by the street in front of the hotel is very loud, as are the late night bar hoppers.They need to fix the internet problem in the rooms. The only thing we considered weird was the shower. There was no shower and we had to bath outselves sitting in he bathtub. A completely new experience to us, that didn't make the hotel being bad.There is no air conditioning (it seems anywhere in the Czech Republic), so being there in July we had to sleep with the windows open. A tram goes right by the street in front of the hotel is very loud, as are the late night bar hoppers. So, we had trouble sleeping!. Perhaps a little limited if you were planning on staying over a week.So-so functionality of the bathroom. Poorly trainned stuff!!!! No smile, no good morning ...such basic greeting can make your day nicer. Such hotel should offer better coffee morning and fresh bread!!! And one very important thing: If the guest receives a phone call, please do not assume she/he is not in the room!!! Always transfer a call to the room!!!. the bed, the big bed is devided in 2 maitresses and the room was a smooking one, but no fan were in the room. We booked the hotel because it was supposed to have its own brewery, but it didn't. Also, the breakfast was pretty bad. There was also, strangely, no "do not disturb" sign to put on the door.
