Linda :). The room was nice, ok, we had a fan and it was ok, even without AC. Clean. Location was also ok. We went by car- about 5 minutes from the centre and parked it on the other side of the bridge that lead to the old city. About 4 minutes walking. Parking was ok and cheap. The city is fantastic. I liked it very much. I saw that the beach was very near and a bus could take you directly in the city centre.

Thank you so much for the great hospitality and all the explanation of the area. Well done!. Very warm hostess, provides a lot of useful information. Very well equipped communal kitchenette, and outdoor dining tables and chairs is very good. It's more convenient to drive into the city. Nice, clean place, friendly service, near to the beach and city. had a great time. We walked to the old town along the coast which was a bit of way but a nice walk. Nice new building, with several large rooms. The beach, a supermarket, Tourist information and restaurants, all nearby within walking distance. Friendly Good information about Zadar and surroundings Nice clean shared kitchen Not far from the Old town en beach Big patio outside. not too far to walk to cafe or catch lift into the old city on the tourist train very little cost. Not far from city center, the sightseeing is excellent. Well attended by Linda. Linda and Mario were great hosts, very helpful all time. Rooms are nice. Friendly owners, nice room on the ground floor, quiet location. perfect. Linda was extremely nice and friendly, she gave us a lot of useful advises and tips for our two-night-stay. She was also very flexible. Very friendly and helpful owner. The host was nice and gave us useful information. Internet worked fine. Peaceful. Mosquitos in the room. A bit warm. We would have appreciated a room in the upper level. We didn't know it was on the ground floor and the door of the so called balcony was directly in the garden. Nice but couldn't leave it open at night for security reasons and also because of different small animals which could enter. No aircondition, Moskitos. No air-conditioning Room a bit on the small side. We only stayed one night should have been 2-3 at least. No AC in the room so stuffy at night. Mosquitos in the room spoiled my rest!. Beds are not too comfortable, bit far from the old town. One hour walk to the old part of town. It is posible to take the bus instead of walking. If you come by car it only takes 5 minutes to the old town. Check out at 9am. The location is too far from the city centre- you'll need a car to get there. The room is big but really old. There was no air conditioning. Room was like a prison cell don't book if you have trouble walking a long way from places the person that took photos of place knew what he was doing looks better than it is sorry but not as advertised.
