The apartment is beautiful and the family who runs it couldn't be nicer. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. While it wasn't cheap, we really appreciated the nice accommodations and the helpful team so it was worth the price.

Rooms were very clean, spacious for 2 people and furnished really nicely almost as if in a hotel room. The kitchen -
Jurica, the apt owner, arranged for us to be collected from the ferry port and we were helped with our bags. He gave us some helpful info about the city and gave us a mobile so we could call him if we needed anything. He also offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable amount.
The apartment was in an old building but had been renovated to an excellent standard.
It was in a very good location, close to the palace, riva and good restaurants.

Absolutely fabulous Villa Split Luxury Rooms has everything!! Antonia
kindly met us at the port and showed us where to leave our hire car,
then walked us into the Palace grounds where Villa Split is situated,
on the way Antonia gave us an excellent brief history of the Palace
which was invaluable as she was much more informative that the guide
book we purchased. Once in our room which is perfect in every way,
Antonia said "anything you need, we are here for you" which

Most necessary mod cons are provided. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished. The host is friendly, helpful and inviting. This was a fabulous location. The staff were amazingly helpful in recommendations and places to see. They even saved us a parking spot outside the villa. There is parking nearby also. Our hosts met us before we even got out of the taxi! Beautiful room. Quiet neighborhood in old town. Steps away from narrow streets...steps away from public park...perfect spot to enjoy Split. Great location in the palace, you have all restaurants and shops just a minute away. Apartment is great equipped with everything you may need for a longer stay. A good tip is to ask for a double bed as the other apartment has a small bed. Also, be prepared to climb narrow stairs and small doorways to the apartment - did not bother us but we just thought it was lovely.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The stuff as friendly and very helpful with both transport as well as tips of what to visit and look for in this city. The room was clean and pretty with some really old stone walls that was beautiful and matched right in with the design of the rooms. The bathroom was lovely and the bed amazingly comfortable as was as a really good breakfast.
Recomends it a lot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

these newly built rooms located in a historic old apartment in the middle of split old town is ideal for these who want to be in the center of the city, we stayed in king size bedroom, it all looks relaxed and nice, the room is on the 3rd floor , the owner was helpful & carried one of the luggage upstairs
