Studio Roza was a very pleasant surprise and great value for money. It
is a newly renovated spacious studio very tastefully decorated, smart
and sylish. The furniture is modern and comfortable and the colours
contribute to the ambience of the studio. Everything is new! I was the
first guest of Studio Roza and was impressed by it. The owner welcomed
me and was happy to assist to ensure a comfortable stay and provide any

The apartment is very comfortable and delightfully furnished in bright clean and fresh colours.
The owner Zeljana is a lovely young woman who couldnt do enough to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble .The position is wonderfully close to all the action of Split and local restaurants and the historical town and promenade, yet peaceful and quiet..
The host was very helpful and made a brief presentation of the city. The studio is located in a typical area of Split, it's very beautiful and welcoming. It's very near the center.
The accommodation had been recently renovated and had all the facilities you could want. The studio we occupied was comfortable, clean and spacious.

The street of the studio is very narrow and dangerous to park the car because of that.
The boiler did not hold much hot water, so warm showers became cool and ultimately cold showers quite quickly!.
There is only one apt. To rent inside a residential building. When we
arrived there, there were nobody waiting for us. There is no reception
desk. We have to ask neighbors to call the owner and wait her to come.
