Located in a UNESCO-protected area of Split, in the south-western part of Diocletian’s Palace, Dosud House Studios are set just above the apse of the Gothic St. Michael’s Church. All studios are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi. All guests are welcomed with a snack and a drink.
Each studio is equipped with a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. All units overlook the old narrow city streets.
Numerous restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and cafes can be found 20 metres from the apartments. Riva Promenade is 50 metres away, while the sandy Bačvice Beach can be reached in 700 metres.
Forest-park Marjan is perfect for hiking, picnics and long walks and can be reached in a short walk. Local buses with connections to all parts of town can be found 500 metres away.
Main Bus and Train Station, as well as Split Ferry Port with daily connections to nearby islands, is just 500 metres away. Split Airport can be reached within 25 km.

Dosud House is the definition of right in the heart of it. Being inside the palace is quite cool and the location offers extremely easy access to all of the city center sights.
The studio is not overly spacious but was very well set up and worked well for a couple of days. Everything had a nice organized and modern feel. The bathroom was great. Room for 2 people to be getting ready in the space and also a nice modern spacious shower.

Great central location, literally a minute or two's walk from the waterfront, Peristil and Cathedral. Lidia was a great host and showed us everything we needed and left me to it. The complimentary bowl of almonds and figs made for a great snack throughout my stay. Bars/cafes literally right at your doorstep for breakfast/lunch. Really clean and recently decorated inside with stylish chairs, brand new bathroom and really comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.
Nice and modern apartment in the middle of Old Town Split. Great location, in near proximity of almost everything. Shopping,bars,restaurants, bus station, harbor, just meters from the door. Owners were great. The apartment had a very nice and modern bathroom with a big shower. Air con, wi-fi, LCD tv, everything were great. Would highly recommend this place for a young couple / friends who wants to experience Split and live right in the middle of "everything" .

wonderful wonderful wonderful! non stair/step climbers will not be able to stay, but i can, i stayed, i loved! very loud bar downstairs, with loud young people will be going on until 2 am, guarenteed!....but as i was part of it, not a problem!.
Excellent position looking onto the pantile rooftops. Perfectly positioned in hhistoric palsce.Nice use of modern materials in very old building. Owner very kindly arranged for our left luggage tostored at nearby hotel.

Stairs up could be tough for some but they are decent sized and the platforms on the floors offer a good option for stopping.
Wifi wasn't working during my stay. Bar downstairs was fairly loud on the Saturday night but wasn't too much of a drama.
Situated between two "bars". The one right next to the front door is a very lovely place, but that also means that it's crowded (almost all the time, especially at night!). So it can get a bit noisy, with music and people talking,laughing etc. But it will die out eventually (before 2 i think), and it wasn't really a problem for us. It may be louder if you're situated on the 1 floor (there are 3 apartmens divided on 3 floors).

Downstairs there are many bars and nice pubs. I stayed there on Saturday so I heard the noise until 3 or 4 am in the morning.
Music loud in the evening (Friday/Saturday especially).
The apartment is located between a fancy cafe and a bar, which is very
crould at night until late. We not recommend for people who have
problems for sleep with huge noise at night. In the saturday was
impossible to sleep brecause the music at the bar. So se decide to wacht
a movie until 3:00 am ahen things started To calm down.

Loud outside on the weekends and at night, but apt provided earplugs, which was nice.
Spartan amenities eg. one cereal bowl one chair no storage space no extra pillows no one to ask for any three stories high no lift.
