  Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR).   Just about everything. the aprtment we stayed in was something of an attic redesgned and built with dormer type windows. It had a wonderful skylight window (large w. shade) and very comfy room layout. A very nice and efficient kitchen, full sized refridgerator and nice wide (near) king sized bed as well as an extra single bed. However, not being too overconfident, but Dubrovni - Iva was a fantastic host and showed us the best restaurants. She also helped me print a document which I needed urgently. Very good experience at her cosy apartment complete with a kitchenette for light cooking. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, she didn't have available apartments but she helped us find an equally good apartment in the next street. Superb location, very near the main Cathedral. High recommended!

The location was perfect, charming and unforgettable, few steps away from the main square but very quiet. We arrived very late and were worried that we would not be able to get in (we did not have a European phone or any way of contact) Thankfully, he had waited patiently for us and was there to welcome us.   Amazing , amazing! Very friendly owners, picked us up from the bus station and greeted us in such a easy going way, everything very uncomplicated. You can't beat the location of this appartment- facing the waterfront, just a few steps down to a great beach and a few minutes walk to the old part of town- easy even with young kids. We only stayed one night but would have been suitable for a longer stay as it had a washing machine and a great kitchen.   We loved Villa Iveta and stayed a week there in a lovely room in one apartment of the villa. As the apartment was not let as a whole apartment we were kindly permitted to use the kitchen. The balcony of the apartment was spacious and had a view over the Old Town (magnificent) and over the Adriatic.
