Just about everything. the aprtment we stayed in was something of an attic redesgned and built with dormer type windows. It had a wonderful skylight window (large w. shade) and very comfy room layout. A very nice and efficient kitchen, full sized refridgerator and nice wide (near) king sized bed as well as an extra single bed. Great security with double doors AND double locks to each door and the doors were separated a short stairwell apart. However, not being too overconfident, but Dubrovni. all reviews »
Iva was a fantastic host and showed us the best restaurants. She also helped me print a document which I needed urgently. Very good experience at her cosy apartment complete with a kitchenette for light cooking. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, she didn't have available apartments but she helped us find an equally good apartment in the next street. Superb location, very near the main Cathedral. High recommended!.
Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. An excellent location - a nice, quite spot, just around the corner from the Cathedral. Close to the restaurants and bars/cafes. Has a brilliant air-conditioner (an absolute MUST in the toasty summer season!) We were also able to store our luggage in the apartment block after check-out, which was fantastic.
Ella was extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable.
The apartment itself was cosy - perfect size for a couple. There was a little kitchen - though we ate out for all our meals, so didn't use it.
The location was perfect, only about a 2 minute stroll down the steps to the Stradun (the main street).
The location is wonderful (5 minute walk to everything - all the sights and the beach) and the apartment was clean and full of everything we needed. (Sounds silly, but really great reliable wifi too.) The owner is fantastic - super nice and helpful. We had a great stay here.
Very central location in old Dubrovnik. Owner provided both a detailed
map and a word doc with instructions on how to get to the apt. Without
this additional info place would have been impossible to find. Most
helpful and she had good recommendations on what to do.
Iva provided exceptional service. She helped arrange our airport transfer for our incredibly early flight. The location is perfect, inside the walls of old town, just seconds from the harbor, beach, and best restaurants. I can't recommend this place enough.
The location of the apartments are fantastic for shopping and sight seeing. Only a few steps up to the apartments which is wonderful after being out all day. Having two showers and a washing machine with a family of five is good.
This turned out to be a great location for our stay in Dubrovnik. Its a little tricky to find, but that was the only problem. The owner was extremely helpful to us and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.
The apartment is situated in the old town. Beautiful, clean comfortable apartment. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and the lady spoke very good english.

Location was amazing, steps from everything inside the city walls. Great WiFi and very comfortable. TV which gave us some background noise in English.

staff was kind.
The only thing we didn't like was the shower arrangement in the bathroom. The nozzle is hand held and stand within the bath tub, which, this is where the converted attic comes into play, the wall angle cuts in not allowing you to stand totally upright to shower off. Same is true for position of toilet commode although not so bothersome. Also, there is only one washbasin but clean and well placed.
Had to sit down in bathtub to shower and my boyfriend also had trouble standing to go to the toilet, as the ceiling was built into the eaves (he had to crouch down a bit!).
The shower was powerful, but the hot water did not work on a couple of occasions. The agency were very quick to attend to the problem however.
The towels could have been a little bigger.
No view, but what do you expect within the walls of the city. The city
itself is crawling with people between 9 am and 5 pm.
Bed was a little hard, but nothing out of the ordinary.
The air conditioner didn't work as it kept tripping out. We did see a some of cockroaches. The noise from restaurants is high but that's expected considering the location.
A bit noisy because of surrounding restaurants but not too bad.
The church bells ringing; location was amazing however this was a draw back of that. Limited hot water - short shower stays. Name is oddly similar to the Loney Planet recommended Apartment Karmen very close by.
It needed a bigger water heater, more air, and more TV channels. For a longer stay a bigger fridge, and a frying pan.
Lack of an electric kettle; towels too small; noisy and inadequate air conditioner.
VERY noisy in the morning when the trash is being collected by hand.
Very limited kitchen facilities. Also noise from the bars at night.

nightlife was not very busy but this was likely because it was still early in the season.
bathroom was tough to shower in as the apt. is an attic space and the roof slopes over such that one cannot shower standing in the bathtub.
air conditioner wasn't really working, too hot to sleep (at least for this specific room).
Sloping ceilings mean you cannot stand up in the shower or at the toilet.
Too much furniture in room.
Unable to use Skype on Wi-Fi for the first time.
No English speaking TV.
Overpriced for what it was.
There is better value in Dubrovnik.
