The apartment is outstandingly well-placed, just outside the old town and close to the Pile gate (this seems to be the main bus pick-up for this part of town).

Apartment was clean and the location was excellent, Dino was very easy to work with and he made suggestions on where to eat and the locations of the beaches. We had rental car questions and he arranged for the car and made it very easy to access. We had a wonderful stay!

Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space . The villa is up some steps from the old town. We felt that it offered a peaceful setting out of the centre of town, and when we were there the air felt fresher higher up as there was a slight breeze. The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa

This apartment in Dubrovnik was wonderful! Modern and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view over the old town. You can watch amazing sunsets sitting on your balcony. The apartment is also extremely clean and the owner is very nice and accommodating. We loved our stay here!

We stayed in the studio. We liked EVERYTHING: location and beautiful view of the sea and old town from the balcony, comfort of the apartment, reasonably good bed, good preasure of warm water, hospitality of the owner. Extra very thankful to her for helping me get my special glasses back, when I forgot them in the studio and was already far from Dubrovnik. Thanks a lot, Goldi.

Gabi and her family were very friendly. The apartment is very well located as its a 5 min walk to Lapad beach and 10 min from Splendid, 2 min from a cinema (in English), cafes and restaurants are also a few min walk away. The No 4 bus is just outside and runs every 20 min from 15min past the hour and goes direct to the old town in about 15-20 min.

We stayed one week at Villa Timy in the beginning of July. Good location near restaurants, walking street, bus stop, taxi stand and shops.
Lovely and very friendly host family (especially greetings and thanks to lovely Lara). I will recommend.
Croatia is great country to visit. I will recommend it as well. -
Mladen and family couldn't do enough for us whilst we stayed with them. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone for a nice relaxing break. Dubrovnik is beautiful and the location of this property is perfect if you like to be close enough to the beach and restaurants but far away from the noise.
