I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly. It was too cool to try the pool, but it looked like a relaxing paradise. - The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

Aircon and wifi excellent unlike some other places we stayed . The host made us pita and offered drinks on arrival and was very kind and friendly .   Tomi and Irena were excellent hosts and made us feel most welcome. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of town but everywhere was in walking distance, or in distance of a bus stop. Taxis were quite cheap to get us back home. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly. The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.
