Jozef and Sonia treat you like family. They are kind, considerate hosts who enjoy their visitors. My room with a view was perfect--looking down to the port from seven stories high. Sonia is constantly cleaning and the place is spotless. Jozef will take you to the terrace. You are in a residential environment and away from the tourist crush but walkable to the port and old town or bus service at the end of the street. I would definitely stay there again. It was a wonderful experience!. all reviews »
The hosts were a very lovely couple, who offered me coffee and biscuits every morning! Room was very nice and had access to a good shared bathroom and roof terrace with amazing view! Accommodation is located close to the port, which is good for visiting nearby islands by ferry. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but that is standard across Dubrovnik. If you don't like stairs, I wouldn't visit the city full stop!.
Host couple were really nice and friendly. I stayed 3 nights at single room with balconi. They had their private garden upstair, so guests also freely can use it. Night panoramic view from the rooftop was unforgettable memory still. And during my stay they invited me to wine party at rooftop. Thank you so much. Every morning Sonya made me a cup of coffee. and Jozef also had warm hospitality.
Josef and Sonjia were absolutely fabulous. They treated me like part of their family. Sonjia, although she speaks very little english, was extremely friendly and made me a coffee every morning and Josef would take me down to Old Town his scooter. The whole place was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and would reccomend the place to others.
Sonja and Jozef are the nicest couple ever! Sonja is so sweet and welcoming, makes you a coffee in the morning and makes sure you're comfortable. Facilities are great and the rooms/bathroom are spotlessly clean. Really close to the port and bus station (10 minutes walk). I felt so comfortable and I would love to visit Dubrovnik again just to stay here. Thanks both!.
generally the rooms were up to a good standard with air conditioning and good views of the habour . It is a 25-30 mins walk to the old town . But there is a bus to the old town quite oftern.Plus the hotel is near the bus station.
The owner and his wife are very freindly and made my stay very homely, and would stay again when i am in the area.
This was a really incredible experience. Mr. Jozef and Ms. Sonja were very friendly hosts, which not hesitated to help me with anything I needed. I was really glad of having so pleasant conversations with them. The guesthouse is very cozy, well-equipped and comfortable. I would certainly recommend it to everybody going to Dubrovnik.
The hosts (Josef & Sonja) were very friendly and welcoming. They always asked whether I wanted a drink each time they saw me. Great views from the room, with only 10 minutes walk to the port and supermarket across the street. The accommodation is very clean, and quiet so it was the perfect stay after a long flight!.
I had a lovely stay here. The owners were soo nice and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable and I really appreciate the help I received. Jozef even dropped me off in the old town on his motorcycle. Thanks very much Jozef and Sonja!.
The hosts were lovely, kind people. A glass of homemade wine was on offer each night, coffee each moring, lots of smiles and offers for helpfulness.
The room was extremely comfortable - large with to-die-for view.
Very friendly, helpful and flexible hosts.
Alot of facilities that we can use.
Working air conditioning
Few minutes away from the bus stop.
Very Beautiful Terrace.
Josef and Sonja aregreat host. They are very kind and warm welcome. My room have a magnificent view of Adriatic sea. I won't ask for more. Highly recommended.
The owners treat you like family. They are genuinely interested in your comfort and that you learn about their city. Regular bus service is very close.
Josef and Sonjia are the nicest couple ever, welcoming and super friendly.
Facilities are good, great value for money.
Views are outstandind.
Sonia and Jozeph are incredibly nice and helpful. If I had the chance to visit Dubrovnik again, I would definitely stay here again.
Sonia and Jozef were very nice. The room was nice and clean with air-con. Just a bus trip away from old town and close to port.
Very helpful and extremely friendly staff.Rooms small but clean and sufficient. Great view overlooking Lapad and the port.
The owner treat me like family.
I like them very much, because they are very friendly.
I have great stay in their place.
We liked everything. We had a feeling that we came to our relatives or old friends.
warm and friendly welcome, atmosphere,
best place in Dubrovnik for short break.
very kind staff. I had so nice stays.
Everything was perfect!!.
letsbookhotel.com's address was not sufficient. Their apartment is located at 7th floor. You should take an elevator inside of apartment building.
It could be a little difficult to find. I had no trouble though as I paid a little extra to be picked up from the airport. Not only did I not get lost, their lovely son in law, told me lots about Dubrovnik on the way.
The only thing was that it was a little difficult to find. Perhaps a little notice saying "Sinistaj 7th Floor" would help?.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
A little difficult to find the location, perhaps some signage would be helpful.
Everything was great.
Location required a bus - with a wait - to get to the historic parts or anywhere else. Also, you have to walk up steps to get to the entrance, which may not work for everyone. It's a 25 minute walk to the old city.
There was a language barrier with hosts. They did call their son-in-law with better English to help initially.
There is a steep charge to use the kitchen.
The place was abit hard to find and requires some walking if you are coming from the main bus station.
Just a bit far from main bus station and need to walk uphill, but it's not a problem to me.
nothing at all.
Nothing.
nothing.
