  We stayed in a two bedroom unit which was quite roomy and very well maintained. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable about day trips, car rentals and transportation to and from the airport. Since we were a group of adults traveling together the living room and kitchen spaces were well used and appreciated. It was a bit of a walk to the center of Jaco but taxi service was ch - The hotel has a fantastic view, lovely pool and beautiful grounds, which are very well maintained. The staff was awesome, extremely accommodating, helpful and pleasant. We could not have hoped for better service in every way. Love the resturant/bar/reception area and ate there often. Lovely open air atmospher and view. Food was very good too. All in all it was a wonderful six night stay.

  I liked the accommodations offered. They had a breakfast buffet and excellent food in the onsite restaurant, two pools with a swim up bar at the main pool.   Really small hotel with just 6 rooms. The staff was very friendly, it was the owner Celine and the surf instructor. Both of them were friendly and took us along for dinner. They were obviously very knowledgeable about the area. I would stay here again, the Jaco is safe, don't' listen to those blogs that tries to scare you. My GF and I walked back... what people say » from the downtown area way past 9 and was just fine. With the room, you receive two beach chairs and an umbrella by the surf camp. There is always s - The manager and other staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The ability to use the hotel's sun loungers on the beach made it very easy to spend time at the beach. The integration with a surf school made renting surf boards and taking lessons very easy. The hotel is in a quiet part of town and is very small and intimate. This meant that it was easy to interact with the other guests.

  What a great place! Small, quiet, beautifully maintained. The pool and outside lounges and covered areas are wonderful places to relax. The Lodge is close to everything in Jaco, but still peaceful.   Staff, especially Ana were a delight. Warm and welcoming. Leaving the balcony door open with breeze coming from rainforest...can't ask for more. Finally we were lazybones and ordered dinner one night. Ana delivered on a tray as if we were royalty.

  It's a quiet place, very well located, beautiful with large rooms and everything we needed. There were plates, a coffee maker, glasses and all for a great price. Yummy breakfast included and an attentive staff.
